Where can I download the app?
The app is available on Google Play and on the App Store.
What vehicles does PROMONTIR provide service for?
Within the application, you can manage service and maintenance for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and even e-scooters.
Is an internet connection required to use the app?
Yes, you need an internet connection to use the application.
What conditions do I have to meet to become a Rider?
If required by current Hungarian legislation, the Rider must have the necessary professional qualifications for repairs (for example, car and motorcycle mechanic certifications). If the regulations for a given vehicle type (for example, bicycles or e-scooters) do not require official qualifications, the Rider only needs to confirm they have the expertise and equipment to carry out the repairs they offer.
Do I have to work with my own equipment, or does PROMONTIR provide it?
Riders always provide their own tools and equipment and bring them to the job site.
What information do I have to provide for registration?
The information required for registration:
- Username
- Nickname
- Password
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- Vehicle types you would like to repair
- Error types you are able to fix
- Declarations confirming you have the required expertise for repairs
I understand vehicle repairs and have equipment, but I don’t have qualifications or paperwork. Can I be a Rider?
Yes—if no official qualification is required for repairing that specific vehicle type.
What documents do I have to upload to prove my qualifications?
You don’t need to upload documents in the app. You only need to complete the statements confirming you have the required documents to perform the service.
What is PROM? How much is it, and how much do I need to purchase?
PROM is the token used inside the PROMONTIR app. It allows you to accept incoming customer requests. Connecting a Rider with a customer costs 1 PROM per successful job request. You can top up your balance in multiple ways, but the minimum purchase is 10 PROM, which costs 150,000 IDR (10.6 USD).
How do I get customers?
Customers find PROMONTIR online and submit requests through the app. If a customer selects you, you’ll get a notification and have 45 seconds to accept. If you accept, you’ll immediately see the customer’s details and can head to the location.

Do I have to pay to get customers sent by PROMONTIR?
Each accepted request that is completed as a successful repair costs 1 PROM (currently 15,000 IDR (1.06 USD)) for the Rider. If the customer cancels the order, contact the administrator to request a credit.
Are the prices set by me or by PROMONTIR?
Prices are set by you and must be agreed with the vehicle owner in advance.
How much do I have to work and when? Is there a minimum number of hours?
You work whenever you want—your working hours are completely up to you. There is no minimum or maximum number of hours.
Do customers get a receipt from me or from PROMONTIR?
The customer receives a receipt from the Rider who provides the service.
I have registered, but I don’t get customers. What should I do?
Try going online in different locations and at different times. You never know where and when a vehicle will break down—availability and location can strongly affect how many requests you receive.
